My professional memberships include the National Association of Realtors, NAR, the Virginia Association of Realtors, VAR, the Richmond Association of Realtors, RAR, and REBAC, the Real Estate Buyers Agency Council of which I have attained the ABR status (Accredited Buyer Representative). I became a licensed broker in the state of Virginia in 2003. My purpose was to attain the highest level of training in my field in order to service my clients more professionally. My 20 years full time industry experience includes working in an environment that captured 40% of market share in the 300K and above residential homes and farms arena. I work with transferee buyers and sellers.
