Prospects for Richmond Go from Good to Better (Continued from page two)

will be improved and a restaurant added.

An increase in conversions of apartments into condominiums over the next 3-5 years, construction of a new Hilton, a new downtown technology complex, a newly appointed police chief Parker and proactive (elected) Mayor Wilder are only a few of the reasons why Richmond keeps getting better.

Can we top that - yes! The Queen of England is coming to Richmond in 2007 for the 400th anniversary of the landing at Jamestown.

Who is Number One?

Who is number one? You are! Your satisfaction is my number one priority.

"I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for helping me achieve the highest award Century 21 bestows upon their salespersons, the Centurion Award. The award recognizes salespersons internationally and nationally who have generated at least 185k gross commissions (GCC). The ceremony is held in Orlando Florida in February.

I also received the Richmond Association of Realtors Diamond Level Distinguished Achiever Award for 2004 (top 1% of 4300 realtors).

If it weren't for our client's continuing referrals this level of attainment would not have been possible. As always, you are number one and your satisfaction is my number one priority! My sincere thanks!" … Deborah
